Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 2026 — Jazala, a leading education infrastructure investments company dedicated to advancing Saudi Arabia’s education sector and complementary healthcare services in line with Vision 2030, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Qurrah, a subsidiary of Takamol Holding, to develop and operate Special Educational Needs (SEN) services and related support programs across Qurrah-operated childcare centers.

The partnership will focus on expanding Qurrah’s existing daycare network, which serves children aged 0–3, while integrating specialized support services for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) within existing facilities.

Qurrah is the first childcare operator in the Kingdom to receive international quality accreditation from the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA).

Under the MOU, Jazala will leverage its expertise to support the development, operation, and scaling of inclusive early childhood care models, contributing to early intervention outcomes and accessible childcare services aligned with national social development priorities.

Commenting on the partnership, Naif Alsudairy, Chief Executive Officer of Jazala, said:
