Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 2026: Jazala, a leading education infrastructure investment company, is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU), the largest women’s university in the world, to advance special education through joint training, research, curriculum development, and other initiatives.

The agreement reflects a commitment by both sides to support inclusive education for neurodiverse students and others with special learning needs. 

The partnership establishes a framework for strategic cooperation aimed at enhancing the educational experience of PNU students. As part of the initiative, PNU and Jazala will investigate student needs to uncover possible gaps. Solutions will then be proposed to meet these demands.

In this context, Dr. Hind Ahmed Alsaidi, Dean of the College of Education and Human Development at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, emphasized that such strategic partnerships represent a key enabler for advancing sustainable human development and empowering all learners to access equitable and inclusive educational opportunities that accommodate their diverse needs and abilities.

She added that the College is guided by a vision that views human development as the most valuable investment, and that supporting students with disabilities and diverse educational needs goes beyond service provision to creating enabling and stimulating learning environments that foster independence, inclusion, and quality of life. She further noted that the College, through its academic programs, research initiatives, and community partnerships, seeks to prepare highly competitive professionals capable of leading the future of education in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, while contributing to innovation, empowerment, and comprehensive human development.
